If you know me, you know I’m a big March Madness fan. So, this year I’ve decided to hold my own Brantford Neighbourhood March Madness style bracketed tournament on my instagram account!
Nine Brantford neighbourhoods will battle it out head to head for bragging rights and pseudo online supremacy! Bookmark this page to check back for updated scores.
I seeded the each neighbourhood based on their total number of residential sales (single and multi-family) over the last 5 years. A low seed doesn’t mean it’s not a desirable neighbourhood , but it could be an indication of a higher price point, small size, or simply they are a neighbourhood with more “forever” homes in the eyes of the owners.
I’m really pumped to see who comes out on top. Good luck to all the neighbourhoods, and may the voting odds be ever in your favour!

The Play-in game started us off on a legendary level! Myrtleville / Mayfair was out to an early 70%-30% lead before a roaring come back by Oakhill / Airport tied the game. M/M edged out the competition wiht a narrow 51%-49% win!
